WORLDWIDE PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS

Whenever P7Development Ltd. is acting as the responsible project initiator, we are creating unique and customized project scenarios based on professional corporate structures and suitable business models that are consequently following our basic guidelines. We are always deploying a highly flexible, but straight-forward project processing and monitoring, utilizing smart and proprietary management tools that have been developed in-house throughout the last two decades. 

In the course of the initial project phase, we are performing a rough SWOT analysis regarding the over-all situation of the country including the identification of all relevant national as well as international stakeholders and their deciders. At the end of this phase lasting a very reasonable time frame of max. three months, we analyze and verify the basic viability of the particular project scenario from various micro- and macro-economical aspects as well as from political and socio-cultural standpoints as basis for a final decision whether to continue the project or not.

In case of a positive decision, we start to develop the final project concept with specified and multi-laterally agreed contents and objectives, applicable implementation mechanisms and, as the deciding criteria, suitable funding scenarios (Structured Project Funding) in cooperation with our identified funding partner and our international experts from the world of High-Finance. This final project concept then will be subject of a complex and detailed feasibility study lasting three to six months, whereas the final Go! for the project implementation would be the ultimate goal.

In the course of the final phase of the entire project set-up, we then will identify and contract adequate local and national business partners and potentially additional national investors, in case that this would be required to secure a successful and sustainable implementation of the respective project scenario.
