WORLDWIDE PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS

For all our project scenarios that can be customized to the specific requirements of investors and to the corresponding country of project implementation, we are using innovative and sustainable high-end technologies from various sectors of science and industry, where we have direct access to and/or contractual agreements with the respective IP owners.

The carefully identified and selected technologies include applications that have been verified by prototypes and/or within respective field studies, but require further investment to reach the phase of industrial production. Each of theses technological developments can be adapted to specific requirements of funders.

All our project scenarios are open to additional or alternative technologies from any third party, as long as they are matching with our basic corporate guidelines and decisive future-oriented and holistic project layouts!

Climate Change is one of the most critical and highly controversial topics in political, scientific and economic discussions around the world. But please stay relaxed - we are not going to add another technical contribution or personal statement in the context of this website. But however you may see the global climate situation, one thing should be beyond dispute: We urgently have to change our disrespectful attitude towards the global nature and substantially deepen our understanding regarding the evolution of mankind, in order to be able to make a decent and adequate contribution for a healthy living in our world of tomorrow. A strong and suitable measure to follow this path would be the consequent and comprehensive utilization of Net-Zero technologies starting from now.!

Against this background, we have developed our ZEN! Strategy in cooperation with highly innovative scientists from the sector of energy generation and digitization as an immediate solution for the reduction of CO2 emission and additional polluting aspects in transport and industry. The so called Grand Energy Transition could be possible within a very reasonable time frame until 2030, while central power stations, transmission lines and storage systems could be history soon.....

These highly flexible model scenarios were developed by P7Development Ltd. and its experts stepwise over a time period of almost ten year, so far with a specific concentration on Africa. In general, the Sustainable Housing Energy & Economy Program SHEEP was designed to combine the worlds of classic for-profit investment and subsidized non-profit development aid, in order to reveal new horizons for long-term sustainable socio-economic growth in developing and emerging countries around the globe. Through its proprietary tools, the SHEEP can be adapted to the demands of any country in the world within a few months, where our presence directly on ground is mandatory during the entire timeframe needed for the proper adjustment of the multi-layered SHEEP scenario.

Below, you can find a brochure of the Nigeria SHEEP project from 2017 (slightly revised in 2020), which was elaborated by true and extensive groundwork and local research over a time period of more than one year. Unfortunately, it had to be shelved for indefinite time due to severe political crises and life-threatening social circumstances, deeply entrenched and omnipresent corruption as well as the non-fulfillment of contractually agreed national financial contributions.

An advanced version of the SHEEP called Sustainable Water Energy & Economy Program (SWEEP) for the transformation of an entire country in Sub-Saharan Africa was elaborated in Q1/2020 in close cooperation with technicians and scientists from the South-African region and has been followed since. For reasons of strict non-disclosure, we are only allowed to publish an excerpt of the complex project brochure. More detailed information about the SWEEP will only be disclosed after signing of an NCNDA and a binding and qualified LOI including substantial PoF by a genuine investor, before being RWA to evaluate the way forward of a potential project cooperation.

This project scenario was created by Aad van de Wijngaart, a Durch architect and pioneer of holistic social, economic and environmental thinking as a former professor at the University of Leiden. It was projected in 2014 in close cooperation with international experts and engineers from different disciplines in architecture and technology and was designed as a model case for the Chinese society as a future oriented approach of sustainable urban development. The project work was initiated by a private Chinese business man, who failed to perform in the further course of project funding and implementation.

In 2018, P7Development Ltd. and Aad van de Wijngaart agreed on a future cooperation, in order to evaluate potential synergies regarding the urban and environmental components of the SHEEP and later SWEEP projects of P7D. In recent times, we stepped into initial and still ongoing discussions with political and economic leaders in various countries from Africa, The Middle East and The Arabic World regarding a flagship project for a Smart Eco-City pilot project setting up novel standards in sustainable and future-orineted urban development.

This AV 2030 Project is designed as a laboratory for future developments in all deciding sectors of society and is located in my German hometown of Coburg, the birth place of Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria of England, who was - a very little known fact - a true visionary at his times.

The attached AV 2030 Booklet is showing an illustrated project vision of our local partners and myself. It gives an impression, how responsible deciders should act in the future to create quality and added value in architecture, science and economy, while emphasizing culture and nature as central sectors of human life.

Although the AV 2030 Project has already been launched on culture and science related project fields, there still remains a serious amount of challenges to be overcome. Specifically, when it´s about directing the various deciders of the regional industry, science and politics towards a substantial path of sustainable, future-oriented and sometimes disruptive thinking and mindset particularly for the benefit of younger generations. But our (hard) core team of truly visionary thinkers and highly assertive doers behind the AV 2030 Project is consequently pushing the limits of these inert deciders - and surely will succeed in the very end ;-))))
