WORLDWIDE PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS

In general, this website was compiled to share our sustainable and holistic visions of complex project approaches and scenarios on the basis of novel technological developments and smart business models, in order to facilitate targeted exchange and future synergies in potential project cooperation with kindred spirits.

In specific, it is meant to address genuine funding partners from the different sectors of social entrepreneurship, impact investment and special investment programmes that are ready willing and able to participate and contribute in our highly flexible and replicable schemes for the realization of various technological, economic and infrastructural projects based on true sustainability. 

The required investment amounts that are consistently creating unusual ROIs, are ranging from USD three-digit millions in the technology sector to USD billions for complex and holistic infrastructure scenarios on national and international scale. Project details would be sent after identification and documentation of sincere interest by a suitable and genuine investor.

I am very sure that, in the meantime, we as P7D including our entire environment of scientists and engineers are wise enough to attract genuine investors within the nearest future, while leaving behind the tedious, but nevertheless educational times of falling for empty promises and suffering from breeches of contracts by abundant dubious investors. We are well aware of the fact that it is still some way to go for us, but we definitely are on a good path of final success....

As mankind, we are standing at a deciding cross-road: While being confronted with omnipresent crisis scenarios, progressive negative environmental impacts, increasing pandemic threats and a significant global inequity regarding the distribution of wealth, we are at the same time facing promising trends like Globalization, Migration and Digitization that have an enormous potential for a sound future and healthy development of humanity. This in mind, it is a categorical imperative to elaborate and realize appropriate solutions in the world of today, in order to secure a prospering world of tomorrow for all the generations to come.

These solutions will include new forms of interaction between the more and more interlaced worlds of economy, science, politics and culture, always considering the fundamental global change in the economic sector that is shifting from a basically production oriented industry (Old Economy) towards a mainly creativity-based service industry (New Economy), which mandatory implies a new awareness and mind-set of the deciders in all relevant sectors of society (buzzword: Disruption).

Only by fully understanding and respecting the necessities and consequences of this continuing process of deep global changes, we can react to the complexity of the challenging political, economic and socio-cultural phenomena, which we are increasingly confronted with in our complex world. Following a path of tolerance and open-mindedness, we will be able to design holistic scenarios to secure our future social and economic well-being by offering sustainable perspectives for all social strata and cultural identities in peaceful coexistence, while especially focusing on the support of young people as the basis for a flourishing tomorrow.

So, open your heart, lock up your mind and then act with full respect, humbleness and responsibility towards our one and only planet and its living beings. If you want to change the world, you must be ready to change yourself first!

After a decade as owner and CEO of a large architect´s office in Berlin during the era of reconstruction of Greater Berlin in the 1990s, I spent the next decade with research and development work as founder of high-tech start-up companies on the sectors of energy and water in the rising era of Renewable Energies in the 2000s.

At the end of 2009, I decided to combine my various professional competences and experiences and started to develop holistic infrastructure projects throughout the 2010s. My major concern was to bridge the gap between humanitarian and/or socio-cultural non-profit scenarios mainly based on grants and donations and for-profit project developments mainly based on private and corporate investments, which in my humble opinion is the most promising way to establish a long-term and genuine sustainability for the benefit of the entire human society. During this decade, I visited and lived in many countries on different continents, opened up my heart and mind, widened my horizon and, finally, achieved a broader understanding for the incredible variety of cultures and their perceptions in our world – with certainty one of the most important periods in my life!

As the development of holistic strategic concepts has proven to meet my true professional capabilities and my entire personal ethic thinking in particular, I decided to fully concentrate on the elaboration and implementation of these kinds of scenarios in my future life. After recent years of personal naivety and fake promises by business partners regarding the acquisition/provision of project funds (try and error at its very best ;-))), I now feel matured and wise enough to identify and team up with genuine and potent partners from the world of impact investment and social entrepreneurship to meet our then joint goals in the nearest future.....
